Leadership in a family or business requires a lot of skills. In order to maximise those, we need to communicate effectively.  This involves our body language, conversational intelligence, ability to manage conflict and being assertive. This requires us to step into our adult. To be willing to hold an unpopular position without caving. We are required as leaders to demonstrate emotional self-management. This masterclass seeks to uncover the application of those skills.
