What You Can Expect From Us:
- The execution of an effective marketing plan that results in new inbound leads being generated daily
- A proven enrolment team that has a closing rate of 50%
- Constant testing of new marketing initiatives
- To be part of a world-class team
- You’ll get a base pay of $1500 per month and $300 per call that closes and $150 per call where an offer is made, and for every $50,000 in revenue per month that you contribute towards (this is 8 sales) you’ll get an additional $500
- OTE $62,400+ per year
- There is no cap on the amount of commission you can be paid each month, if you choose to pass through more than 2 calls each day to an advisor then you can earn significantly more
- The ability to work with the newest technologies in the men’s coaching space
What We Expect From You:
- A strong desire to help men all over the world “step to the line” in their life
- Engage with the men that come into our funnel on a daily basis
- Nurture those men and build meaningful relationships with them
- Manage your own pipeline
- To actively take inbound calls and qualify the applicants
- To prospect daily within our community and inbound applications
- To book in a minimum of 2 qualified calls each day with an advisor
- To be making an average of 60 bookings per month
- For those bookings to have a 75% show up rate and a 50% close rate
- Develop and nurture relationships with past clients
- Be active in our Facebook Community and Facebook Business Page
- To handle objections
- To monitor your KPIs
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results
- Attend a weekly team meeting where you’ll present your figures
- Report on opportunities where we can improve the process
- A positive mentality that fosters the attitude that we can all win together
- Be a team player and hold everyone on the team to the standards of The Powerful Man
